These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SingTrace mobile application ("SingTrace", "App"), operated by Pineapple Software LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using SingTrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
SingTrace is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
SingTrace provides a singing practice recorder, local archive, song labels, and optional analysis. Recording is free. Analysis after a take requires an active paid subscription, aside from one free first analysis.
3. Practice Feedback Disclaimer
Analysis notes and insights generated by SingTrace are provided for practice and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be considered, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional vocal advice of any kind.
You should not rely on SingTrace for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any vocal or medical condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
SingTrace offers auto-renewing subscription options on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms and policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
5. No Accounts and Data Storage
SingTrace does not currently require account creation or login. All recordings and related data are stored locally on your device.
Deleting the App or reinstalling it may permanently delete all locally stored data, including recordings and history. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App, or use the App for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, designs, text, graphics, and software used in SingTrace are owned by or licensed to Pineapple Software LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of SingTrace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can review it at /privacy .
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SingTrace at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
SingTrace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its analysis.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineapple Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of SingTrace.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SingTrace after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
